All our jewellery is meticulously handmade from scratch, using the highest quality materials. Each piece is crafted to order with love and care. Processing and creating your order may take up to 3 working days. You will be notified once your item has been dispatched.
For pre-orders, processing and creation can take up to 21 working days, depending on your specific requirements and the availability of selected materials. We will maintain communication throughout the process and inform you when your items are ready for your confirmation before dispatch

Additional Information
Transit times to some remote areas or islands may be longer. While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery may be affected by events beyond our control. In such cases, we are not responsible for any delays.

Duties & Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Solenne is not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges applied to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.
Returns
Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days after the receipt of the order. A refund of the value of the Product will be made or an exchange for the same Product in a different size or colour based on availability.
Please email including your order number, your name and which item/s you would like to return. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm. Send us the details of the company that you will use to carry out the return (at your own cost) and send us the tracking number so that we can monitor its progress. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received the item and, if everything is ok, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.
