Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love and emotional
healing. It helps wit self-love, bringing harmony into relationships, softens
severity of emotional pain, encourages forgiveness and releasing stored
resentment and promotes general calm and peace.

Each bracelet features an adjustable sliding closure, offering approximately 3cm of adjustment while maintaining its intended fit and proportions.

To find your size, measure closely around your wrist where you would naturally wear your bracelet.

If your measurement falls between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

    How do I find the right size ?

    The length of each item is included in the description.

    The Matte Gemstone bracelets are adjustable, so the sizes are an approximation and reflect the smallest circumference they can go to.

    How long until I have my jewelry?

    All our jewellery is meticulously handmade from scratch, using the highest quality materials. Each piece is crafted to order with love and care. Processing and creating your order may take up to 3 working days. You will be notified once your item has been dispatched.

    For pre-orders, processing and creation can take up to 21 working days, depending on your specific requirements and the availability of selected materials. We will maintain communication throughout the process and inform you when your items are ready for your confirmation before dispatch

    What is your Return Policy

    Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days after the receipt of the order. A refund of the value of the Product will be made or an exchange for the same Product in a different size or colour based on availability.

    Please email including your order number, your name and which item/s you would like to return. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm. Send us the details of the company that you will use to carry out the return (at your own cost) and send us the tracking number so that we can monitor its progress. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received the item and, if everything is ok, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

    Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.
